Send WhatsApp messages from Bitrix24

Trigger a WhatsApp template from WATick whenever something happens in Bitrix24.

  1. Choose your automation tool

    Use Pabbly Connect, Zapier, Make or n8n – see our Pabbly, Zapier, Make or n8n guide.

  2. Create a webhook trigger

    In your automation tool, add a Webhook trigger and copy its URL.

  3. Connect Bitrix24

    In Bitrix24, add that URL as a webhook for a Bitrix24 CRM event (outgoing webhook).

  4. Add the WATick action

    Add an HTTP / API step and paste the Send Template API URL and token from your WATick panel (Settings → API Access & Webhook).

  5. Map the details

    Map the customer’s phone number (with country code), your template name and variables like name or order number from Bitrix24.

  6. Test and switch on

    Run a test with your own number, then turn the workflow on.

Use approved templatesOutside the 24-hour chat window, WhatsApp only allows approved templates.

Keep your token privateStore the API token in the tool’s secure credentials – never in public pages.
