Send WhatsApp messages from Pipedrive

Trigger a WhatsApp template from WATick whenever something happens in Pipedrive.

  1. Choose your automation tool

    Use Pabbly Connect, Zapier, Make or n8n – see our Pabbly, Zapier, Make or n8n guide.

  2. Add the Pipedrive trigger

    Connect your Pipedrive account in the tool and choose the trigger: a Pipedrive deal, person or activity event.

  3. Add the WATick action

    Add an HTTP / API step and paste the Send Template API URL from your WATick panel (Settings → API Access & Webhook).

  4. Add your API token

    Add your WATick API token as shown in your panel.

  5. Map the details

    Map the phone number (with country code), template name and variables from Pipedrive.

  6. Test and switch on

    Run a test with your own number, then turn the workflow on.
