No. It is read in your browser only. Still, remove access tokens before sharing JSON with anyone.

What do sent, delivered and read mean?

Sent: accepted by WhatsApp. Delivered: reached the phone. Read: opened by the customer (if read receipts are on).

Why do I see a failed status?

The error code and title explain why – for example, the number is not on WhatsApp or the 24-hour window has closed.
